Terms & Conditions
An order serves as a purchase-and-sale agreement between the Customer and Saviton Export OÜ. Saviton Export OÜ agrees to the contract, once it starts to fulfill the order. Saviton Export OÜ reserves the right to cancel the order, if necessary, informing the Customer thereof.
Products are available while supplies last. Saviton Export OÜ will have the right to withdraw from the contract if the ordered goods are out of stock. Saviton Export OÜ informs the Customer about withdrawal from the contract as soon as possible either by phone or e-mail. If the Customer has already paid for the goods ordered, Saviton Export OÜ will immediately return the amount, but no later than within 14 days.
Orders are in EUR currency. Customers may use a bank transfer to our account at Swedbank for payment. Recipient: Saviton Export OÜ; IBAN: EE282200221064835317; Reference: order number. Payments are also possible via banklinks mediated by Maksekeskus.
Delivery time and method
SmartPost and Omniva couriers will be the transportation intermediary to fulfill the orders. Goods will be shipped as soon as possible, but no later than 5 working days of receipt of payment. If Saviton Export OÜ product can not be shipped within 5 working days the Customer will be notified and a delivery time / return of funds will be scheduled.
Change of address
Name and address changes are to be reported to +372 56911721 or by writing firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as feasible. Registered customers may record address changes on our website in the "My Account section.
The Customer reserves the right to withdraw from the contract without specifying a reason. Same type of delivery, how the product was initially received, must be used. In case of withdrawal the customer must return the goods immediately, but not later than 14 days. To withdraw from contract please send an according notice to email@example.com and return the good(s). Please return the goods to Tallinna Nautica Keskus (Omniva) or Tallinna Rotermanni Keskus (Smartpost) parcel machine and enter +372 56 911 721 as the recipient. Your purchase is refunded within five business days from the receipt of the returned goods or from receipt of a photocopy/scan of the of the parcel machine receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Disputes Arising from performance of the contract are to be resolved through negotiation. The Customer has the right to seek to resolve disputes arising from the Contract by turning to the Consumer Protection Board. CPB address is Rahukohtu 2, 10130 Tallinn.
